By requesting a quote, booking a service, or otherwise engaging with Pack4Move, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies.
Acceptance of Terms
Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Pack4Move's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Services Description
Scope of Services
Pack4Move provides professional packing, moving, storage, and relocation services for residential and commercial properties, vehicles, and other items as specified in your service agreement.
Service Agreements
All services are subject to a written agreement or quote. The specific terms, conditions, pricing, and scope of work will be detailed in your individual service contract.
Service Availability
Services are subject to availability and may vary by location. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings at our discretion, particularly in cases of safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances.
Third-Party Services
We may engage qualified third-party contractors or partners to fulfill certain aspects of our services. We carefully vet all partners but are not liable for their independent actions outside our direct control.
Pricing and Payment
Quotes and Estimates
All quotes are estimates based on information provided by the customer. Final charges may vary based on actual volume, weight, distance, time, special handling requirements, or additional services requested.
Payment Terms
Payment is due as specified in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payments. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
Additional Charges
Additional fees may apply for services such as packing materials, special handling, storage, insurance, long carry, stairs, elevators, expedited delivery, or waiting time beyond the agreed schedule.
Late Payments
Late payments may incur additional charges and interest as permitted by law. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of items until payment is received in full.
Refunds
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our refund policy. Deposits may be non-refundable under certain circumstances as outlined in your service agreement.
Insurance and Liability
Basic Coverage
Our standard service includes basic liability coverage as required by law. This coverage is limited and may not cover the full value of your items. We strongly recommend purchasing additional insurance.
Full Value Protection
Full value protection insurance is available for an additional fee. Under this coverage, if an item is lost or damaged, we will repair, replace, or provide cash settlement for the current market value.
High-Value Items
Items of extraordinary value (artwork, antiques, jewelry, etc.) must be declared in advance and may require special handling and additional insurance coverage.
Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for damage to items improperly packed by the customer, damage due to inherent defects, normal wear and tear, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Claims Process
All claims for loss or damage must be reported in writing within 9 months of delivery. Claims must include detailed documentation and evidence of the loss or damage.
Customer Responsibilities
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate and complete information about items to be moved, access conditions, and any special requirements. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or service delays.
Prohibited Items
You must not include hazardous materials, illegal items, perishables, plants, pets, or other items prohibited by law or our policies. We reserve the right to refuse transport of such items.
Access and Permits
You are responsible for ensuring proper access to both origin and destination locations, including parking permits, elevator reservations, and any necessary permissions from building management.
Preparation
Unless packing services are purchased, you are responsible for properly preparing and packing your items. We are not liable for damage to items not professionally packed by us.
Presence During Service
You or your authorized representative should be present during packing, loading, and delivery to provide instructions and acknowledge the condition of items.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Scheduling
Move dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to weather, traffic, equipment issues, or other factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes.
Cancellation by Customer
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply based on how much notice is given. Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs within the specified notice period.
Cancellation by Pack4Move
We reserve the right to cancel services due to safety concerns, non-payment, misrepresentation of items or conditions, or any violation of these terms. Full refund of payments will be provided if we cancel.
Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, mechanical failures, or acts of God.
Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations. Please contact our customer service team to discuss any concerns.
Mediation
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, both parties agree to participate in mediation before pursuing legal action. The costs of mediation will be shared equally.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and the state of Madhya Pradesh. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
Limitation Period
Any legal action relating to our services must be commenced within one year after the cause of action accrues.
Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited from being transported using our services:
Hazardous materials (explosives, flammable liquids, gases)
Illegal drugs or contraband
Weapons and ammunition
Perishable food items
Live plants and animals
Currency, securities, and negotiable instruments
Items with sentimental value only (photos, documents - pack separately)
Important: Customers are legally responsible for ensuring no prohibited items are included in their shipment. Pack4Move reserves the right to refuse or dispose of prohibited items at the customer's expense.
Your Rights as a Customer
As a Pack4Move customer, you have the following rights:
Receive a written estimate before services are provided
Receive a copy of these Terms of Service upon request
Be informed of all charges and fees in advance
File a claim for loss or damage within the specified timeframe
Receive professional and respectful service from our team
Have your personal information protected according to our Privacy Policy
Warranties and Disclaimers
Service Warranty
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner by trained and qualified personnel. We stand behind the quality of our work.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Pack4Move and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission. The Pack4Move name and logo are trademarks of Pack4Move and may not be used without authorization.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pack4Move, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

Severability and Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service agreement you sign, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pack4Move regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
